lg:mb-1 leading-none px-4 text-red uppercase has-kebab-line\">\r\n            Remunerazione        <\/h2>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La politica di remunerazione del Gruppo Digital Bros S.p.A. \u00e8 stata disegnata con l\u2019intento di assicurare una struttura retributiva in grado di riconoscere il valore professionale dei soggetti coinvolti e di consentire un adeguato bilanciamento delle componenti fisse e variabili ponendo l\u2019obiettivo di creare un valore sostenibile nel medio e lungo periodo e garantendo la correlazione tra retribuzione e specifici obiettivi di performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Politica di Remunerazione degli Amministratori Esecutivi e dei Dirigenti con Responsabilit\u00e0 Strategiche \u00e8 ispirata ai seguenti principi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la componente fissa e la componente variabile della retribuzione sono adeguatamente bilanciate in funzione degli obiettivi strategici di Digital Bros S.p.A., tenuto anche conto del settore di attivit\u00e0 in cui essa opera e delle caratteristiche dell\u2019attivit\u00e0 d\u2019impresa;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la componente variabile a breve termine \u00e8 misurata in funzione principalmente di obiettivi di redditivit\u00e0 d\u2019esercizio;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gli obiettivi di performance sono predeterminati, misurabili e collegati alla finalit\u00e0 di creazione di valore per gli Azionisti in un orizzonte di breve e medio-lungo periodo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la Politica di Remunerazione non prevede la sottoscrizione di accordi che regolino&nbsp;<em>ex ante&nbsp;<\/em>gli aspetti economici in caso di cessazione dalla carica ovvero relativi all\u2019eventuale risoluzione anticipata del rapporto ad iniziativa della Societ\u00e0 o del soggetto interessato n\u00e9 a favore degli amministratori e neppure dei dirigenti con responsabilit\u00e0 strategiche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la remunerazione degli amministratori non esecutivi \u00e8 determinata in misura fissa all\u2019atto della delibera consiliare che attribuisce i compensi, ripartendo quanto stabilito dall\u2019Assemblea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n    <div
