Shaping the next generation of game developers

In 2014 Digital Bros Group established its Digital Bros Game Academy (DBGA), a training and professional specialization academy open to young talents aspiring to build a career in the gaming industry. Former students have either opened their own development studio or joined big international publishers.

The Academy equips students with the skills required to become video games developers, fostering a studio-like environment in which learning complements extensive hands-on project work. The DBGA offers Game Design, Game Programming, Concept Art and 3D Game Art courses, held by recognized professionals of the industry.

Through its job placement initiatives, the Academy supports the students in entering the job market. In 2021, DBGA has also launched the “DBGA Online Blended” project, providing online lessons and content accessible at any time to accommodate students who wish to combine their training with personal or professional commitments.
