Internal Dealing Procedure
The provisions on Internal Dealing adopted by Digital Bros S.p.A. Board of Directors fall within the procedures for the management communication of documents and information concerning the Company. The rules concern the obligations of the Company to communicate to Consob and to the public transactions involving Digital Bros S.p.A. shares or other financial instruments made by member of the Board of Directors, the Board of Statutory Auditors and any other person identified as significant among executives who have regular access to internal dealing and hold the power to adopt management decisions that may affect the Company’s evolution and its future. The Internal Dealing procedure was adopted on December 23, 2002 and then revised by the Board of Directors in 2016, 2017 and, lastly, on May 13, 2026.
