Internal Dealing Procedure
The provisions on Internal Dealing adopted by Digital Bros S.p.A. Board of Directors fall within the procedures for the management communication of documents and information concerning the Company. The rules concern the obligations of the Company to communicate to Consob and to the public transactions involving Digital Bros S.p.A. shares or other financial instruments made by member of the Board of Directors, the Board of Statutory Auditors and any other person identified as significant among executives who have regular access to internal dealing and hold the power to adopt management decisions that may affect the Company’s evolution and its future. The Internal Dealing procedure was adopted on December 23rd, 2002 and then revised from the Board in the meeting of September 13th, 2016 and September 12th, 2017.
