Whistleblowing

Digital Bros S.p.A. is committed to operating in an ethical and sustainable way. All directors, employees and partners, including vendors, distributors, developers, consultants and contractors in general of all the Group companies are required to behave in compliance with the:

• Code of Conduct;
• Organization, Management and Control model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001;
• Internal procedures and policies;
• Law and regulations.

Violations of the above can be reported in good faith through the whistleblowing system below. The Group has chosen the EthicsPoint platform managed by Navex Global Inc. that guarantees the confidentiality and anonymity and compliance with local laws that protect the privacy of the whistleblower, of the reported individual, of any party/witness mentioned and of the events described in the report.
