Digital Bros is investing in one of its most successful IP and is looking for Senior Game Designers to join its Milan based studio. The senior Game Designer will work together with the development team to further develop one of our most successful franchises. The right candidate will need to be self-motivated and excellent at multi-tasking with a broad array of skills.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Working with the design team to shape the game vision;
- Fostering communication between the different groups of designers;
- Supporting the game design processes across all disciplines (systems, UX, levels, audio, gameplay);
- Writing the game design, providing complete, precise and high-quality standards documentation;
- Working closely with the development team to provide design vision and support;
- Ensuring that the creative vision is fully respected;
- Collaborating with the publisher, outsourcers and external partners;
- Balancing and fine-tuning the game.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE:
- At least 3 years of experience in the games industry;
- Experience in game design and game tuning;
- Shipped at least one console or PC game;
- Experience with Unreal Engine 4 and tools for designing and prototyping games (such as Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Visio, Axure etc…);
- Good oral and written communication in English;
- Willing to travel for business.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience on developing AAA titles on multiple console platforms;
- Exceptional management, communication and coaching skills;
- Basic knowledge of 3D modelling tools.

The senior 3D Artist will be involved in the creation of high-quality assets working closely with the development team to realize the vision of the game; he/she will be responsible of establishing new pipelines and modelling and texturing assets ensuring their visual, functional and technical quality.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Ensuring the visual quality of the project;
- Collaborating with the Art team to set up asset production processes and best practices;
- Collaborating with the development team in creating and optimizing pipelines to speed up production time and improve product performance and quality;
- Delivering high-quality models and textures;
- Ensuring technical support to external partner.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE:
- 3+ years of experience in the game industry in modeling, texturing, UV mapping of environments, characters and hard surface assets;
- Experience in modeling assets starting from references (2D/CAD/point clouds);
- Knowledge of rendering pipeline;
- Experience on real time rendering systems and in managing performance;
- Experience with Unreal Engine 4;
- Good oral and written communication in English;
- Willing to travel for business.
DDITIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Maya, Z-Brush, Substance and Photoshop;
- Experience on developing AAA titles on multiple console platforms;

As a senior programmer, you will be responsible for developing technological features on an unannounced quality driven AAA project. Your goal will be to find the most innovative and efficient solutions and implementations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Develop and maintain low level and complex features;
- Improve game performance on both cpu and gpu side;
- Use analysis and profiling tools to identify issues and bottlenecks;
- Improve development process by developing tools and offering advices;
- Write clean, robust and modular code respecting coding standards;
- Guide and inspire junior programmers;
- Be proactive for collecting feedback and help with solutions.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE:
- 5+ years C/C++ programming experience;
- Extended and proven experience in game development;
- Experience with major platform specific APIs (DirectX, Vulkan, DirectCompute, etc. );
- Deep knowledge of game engine architecture;
- Extended knowledge of third party engines like Unreal, Unity or equivalent;
- Good oral and written communication in English;
- Portfolio with some personal work showcases (github, demos, etc. ).
